Order Processing Time

At Pet Dawn Wellness, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

International Shipping

International delivery times typically range from 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

If your tracking hasn’t updated or looks unusual, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Shipping Carriers

Carrier selection depends on destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
  • Pet Dawn Wellness is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.

If you believe your package is lost or misdelivered, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email support@petdawnwellness.com
  3. Include your order number and photos (if applicable)
