At Pet Dawn Wellness, we believe in fair pricing and making it easy for pet parents to shop with confidence. If you find a lower price on an eligible item, we’re happy to review it.
What Is Our Price Match Guarantee?
If you purchase an item directly from petdawnwellness.com and find the same product listed at a lower price from an eligible competitor, you may request a price match or refund of the difference—subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match, all of the following must be true:
- The item must be identical (same product, size, formula, and packaging).
- The lower price must be from an authorized U.S.-based retailer.
- The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
- The price match applies to the item price only, excluding shipping, taxes, or fees.
Exclusions
We do not offer price matching for:
- Sale, clearance, flash sale, or limited-time promotional pricing
- Subscription-only or bundle-only offers
- Marketplace sellers (e.g. Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, Walmart Marketplace)
- Membership-based pricing (e.g. rewards programs, subscribe & save discounts)
- Coupon codes, referral credits, or loyalty rewards
- Free gift or “buy one get one” style promotions
How to Request a Price Match
To submit a request, please email us at:

- Your order number
- A link or screenshot showing the lower price
- The retailer name and date observed
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Approved Price Match Requests
If your request is approved:
- We will issue a refund for the price difference to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Policy Notes
- Price match requests must be approved before or after purchase, but always within the stated timeframe.
- We reserve the right to verify pricing, retailer eligibility, and product availability.
- Pet Dawn Wellness reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.
