30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
It must be in its original packaging, with tags if applicable
A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as pet supplements once opened)
- Personal care items
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order once your return is approved
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery—no reason required.
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
